Motivasi Dan Persepsi Petani Padi Terhadap Intensi Penggunaan Pupuk Organik Di Desa Leuwibatu Kecamatan Rumpin Kabupaten Bogor

Penggunaan pupuk organik dapat diindentifikasi lebih awal melalui intensi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi motivasi, persepsi terhadap intensi penggunaan pupuk organik, menganalisis hubungan motivasi, persepsi terhadap intensi penggunaan pupuk organik. Menganalisis pengaruh norma subjektif, persepsi pengendalian perilaku dan  sikap individu terhadap intensi penggunaan pupuk organik. Penelitian dilaksanakan dikelompok tani Rahayu Mekar Leuwibatu Kecamatan Rumpin Kabupaten Bogor. Populasi 110 petani dan sampel sebanyak 64 orang petani. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan model analisis jalur (path analysis) dan pengolahan data menggunakan program Lisrel 9.2 dan smartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara motivasi dan persepsi  petani padi terhadap intensi penggunaan pupuk organik. Ini berarti semakin tinggi motivasi dan persepsi petani maka akan semakin tinggi pula intensi penggunaan pupuk organik pada petani. Adanya pengaruh dari sikap terhadap perilaku, norma subjektif dan persepsi pengendalian perilaku petani padi terhadap intensi penggunaan pupuk organik.
